Nourish Kitchen + Market is a warm, welcoming space in the heart of downtown Lawrenceburg, created to inspire people to nourish themselves & the planet through thoughtful, health-conscious eating.


Stop by Nourish to grab a wholesome meal from our grab-n-go fridge, open Tuesday 9 am- 6 pm Wednesday through Friday 11 am - 3 pm & Saturday 10-2.

Our menu rotates weekly, featuring fresh, seasonal ingredients and locally sourced produce whenever possible. Every nourish bowl is thoughtfully crafted to be as satisfying as it is nourishing, making healthy eating simple and delicious.

Our grab-and-go fridge is stocked daily with fresh favorites, including signature Nourish Bowls, pasta salads, overnight oats, chia puddings, protein energy bites, and other wholesome offerings. Every item is made from scratch in our kitchen—from the microgreens, grown by Kate, to our house-made dressings, pickled onions, and flavorful toppings. It's real food, thoughtfully prepared from start to finish.

KATE

Meet your local health nut, Kate. The owner of Nourish. Her love of growing food and living a healthy lifestyle all started on a fruit and vegetable farm, where she grew up. After spending her twenties abroad, immersed in yoga, meditation, and a vibrant, holistic way of living, she returned back to her roots. Back home, she started health coaching, teaching yoga, growing microgreens and rooting herself back into her community right here in Lawrenceburg, Indiana. When Kate’s not in the kitchen you can find her traveling to a surf break, rock climbing or mountain biking.
